The Service offers three tiers:

Free Tier:

• Limited to 50 products per calendar month
• Access to core features

Pro Tier:

• Requires paid subscription
• Limited to 500 products per calendar month
• All features unlocked

Unlimited Tier:

• Requires paid subscription
• Unlimited products per calendar month
• All features plus priority support

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your license key confidential
• Not sharing your license with others
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use
• All activity under your license

4.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when:

• Purchasing a paid tier
• Contacting support
• Submitting feedback or bug reports

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

• Check product availability for your videos
• Calculate opportunity scores for your products
• Export results for personal analysis
• Manage your influencer content

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Violate privacy rights

Amazon Policy Violations:

• Violate Amazon’s Terms of Service
• Violate Amazon Influencer Program policies
• Violate Amazon Associates Operating Agreement
• Manipulate Amazon’s systems

Abuse of Service:

• Share or resell your license
• Reverse engineer the software
• Bypass usage limits or license validation
• Use automated bots or scripts
• Attempt to access others’ data
• Overload or attack our systems

Commercial Misuse:

• Resell data obtained through the Service
• Create competing products
• Use for commercial scraping
• Violate any third-party rights

Data Misuse:

• Access data you don’t have permission to access
• Scrape or harvest data beyond your own storefront
• Use data in violation of privacy laws

5.3 Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Investigate suspected violations
• Suspend or terminate your access
• Report illegal activity to authorities
• Take legal action for violations

6. Service Availability

6.1 Service Uptime

We strive to maintain service availability but:

• Do NOT guarantee 100% uptime
• May perform maintenance causing temporary interruptions
• May experience downtime due to technical issues
• May be affected by third-party service outages (Amazon, Chrome Web Store)

6.2 Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Add or remove functionality
• Change tier limitations
• Update the software

We will provide notice for material changes.

6.3 No Guarantee of Compatibility

We do not guarantee:

• Future compatibility with Chrome versions
• Compatibility with Amazon’s future changes
• Support for all operating systems or devices

7. Payments and Billing

7.1 Pricing

Current pricing for paid tiers is available at:

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy:

• Lemon Squeezy’s terms apply to all transactions
• We do not store your payment information
• All payments are in USD

7.3 Billing Cycle

Monthly Subscriptions:

• Charged on the same day each month
• Pro-rated refunds not available mid-month

Annual Subscriptions:

• Charged annually on anniversary of purchase
• Typically offered at discounted rate

7.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless:

• You cancel before the renewal date
• Payment method fails
• We terminate your account

You can cancel anytime. Access continues until end of current billing period.

7.5 Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• Available for first-time purchases only
• Full refund within 14 days of purchase
• No questions asked

After 14 Days:

• Refunds at our sole discretion

No Refunds For:

• Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal)

7.6 Price Changes

• Option to cancel before price increase

7.7 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices do not include:

8. Intellectual Property

• Service name and branding
• Service design and interface
• Documentation and materials
• Logos, trademarks, and service marks

8.2 Your Rights

You own all rights to:

• Opportunity scores calculated by the Service
• CSV exports and analysis
• Any content you create

8.3 License to Use Our Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these Terms and your tier level.

8.4 License to Your Data

You grant us a limited license to:

• Process your data locally on your device
• Transmit minimal data for license validation
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

We do NOT have license to sell or monetize your data.

8.5 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas:

• We may use them without obligation to you
• You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license
• No compensation is owed
• We are not obligated to implement feedback

9. User Content and Data

9.1 Your Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of:

• Your Amazon product ASINs
• Your opportunity scores
• Your analysis and exports

9.2 Data Storage

Your data is stored:

• Locally on your device (primary storage)
• NOT on our servers (except license validation)

9.3 Data Privacy

9.4 Data Loss

We are not responsible for data loss due to:

• Uninstalling the Extension
• Clearing browser data
• Device failure or loss

10.3 Chrome Web Store

Service distributed via Chrome Web Store:

• Google may remove or restrict the Extension

10.4 No Endorsement

We do not endorse any third-party services, products, or content accessed through the Service.

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

11.3 Amazon Data Accuracy

We do not guarantee:

• Completeness of BSR data
• Accuracy of opportunity scores

11.4 Results Disclaimer

We do NOT guarantee:

• Increased earnings
• Product success
• Specific outcomes
• Any particular results

Your results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

11.5 Third-Party Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Amazon policy changes
• Amazon API changes
• Chrome updates
• Third-party service outages

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Consequential Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

13. Indemnification

14. Termination

• Canceling your subscription

• For abuse of the Service
• For non-payment (paid tiers)

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your local data will be deleted (when you uninstall)
• No refund (except as required by law)
• Outstanding payments remain due

14.4 Survival

These sections survive termination: 8 (IP), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 16 (Dispute Resolution), 17 (General).

15. Modifications to Terms
