1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Influencer Opportunity Finder extension (“the Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
The Extension is a productivity tool designed to help influencers identify potential brand partnership opportunities by assisting in the process of checking products for available campaigns. The Extension includes features such as product extraction, availability checking, partnership opportunity identification, and Quick Edit Mode for convenient content management access.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Extension only for its intended purpose
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Extension in accordance with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you interact with
- Not use the Extension to violate any third-party rights
- Activate features only when you intend to use them
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
- Use the Extension to spam, harass, or abuse any service or individual
- Share your license key with others
- Resell or redistribute the Extension without permission
- Use the Extension in ways that violate third-party platform terms of service
4.1 User-Initiated Actions
The Extension assists you in checking eligibility on third-party platforms. All actions are user-initiated. You acknowledge and agree that:
- You use this tool at your own risk
- You must comply with all third-party platform terms of service
- We are not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or other consequences resulting from your use of the Extension
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable platform policies
- You control all actions taken by the Extension through explicit button clicks
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party platform including but not limited to Amazon, Amazon Associates, or Amazon Influencer Program. Any trademarks, service marks, or logos mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
5. No Warranty
5.1 “AS IS” Basis
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
5.2 Results Not Guaranteed
We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of opportunity detection
- The availability or success of any opportunities found
- That use of the Extension will result in financial gain
- That the Extension will work with all systems or configurations
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
6.1 No Liability
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Account suspensions or bans from third-party platforms
- Opportunities missed or lost
- Damages resulting from software errors or failures
6.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Extension developers, operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Extension
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of any third-party platform terms of service
8. Subscription and Payment
8.1 Subscription Tiers
The Extension may be offered under various subscription tiers with different features and limits. Pricing and features are subject to change with notice.
8.2 Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service
8.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused features.
9. Data Collection and Privacy
Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Extension, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Extension at any time with or without notice
- Update these Terms at any time
- Change features, limits, or pricing with notice
Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension:
- For violation of these Terms
- For fraudulent or illegal activity
- For non-payment
- At our discretion with or without cause
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Extension immediately ceases
- You must uninstall the Extension
- We may delete any data associated with your account
- No refunds will be provided
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
13.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Extension shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Extension.

- You understand we are not affiliated with any third-party platforms
